This Website is produced in non-hindered web page design. Use fast key in the website will enable convenient viewing. The page layout is made into 4 main blocks: Main menu is at the upper area, sub-menu area located at the left side, content display area at the middle part and the right side is option area.
The accesskey (fast key) of this website are set as the following:
Alt+U： Main menu area at the upper part has language selections: [Sitemap], [E-paper], [Q&A], [Chinese], [English]and[Japanese] linking.
Alt+L： Sub-Menu linking area at the left side has the sub-linking of all units of this website.
Alt+C： Main content area in the middle part displays main content of web pages.
Alt+R： Options linking area at the right side with linking of [Weather Forecast,Foreigner Phone, E-map, Subject Service]. The access key appears only on [home page].
