Located in Annan District, the TTIP is a green industrial park that combines intelligence, specialization, technology and culture. It provides an intelligent workspace equipped with fiber-optics to ensure efficient communication for manufacturers in the park. The function and facility of the park can provide efficient administration and services. Equal focus on high-tech and traditional industries We have introduced into the park the top ten newly developed high-tech industries that are low-pollution but highly value-added, including communication, information, consumer electronics, semiconductor, precision machinery and automatic equipments, aerospace, high-class materials, special chemicals and pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare industries. We have also introduced service industries that can support industrial and economic developments and superior local industries, in an attempt to develop the center-satellite system in the park and to develop the park into the R&D center of industries and the government.

The TTIP is just 8km from Anping Port which is under expansion and 70km from Kaohsiung Port. When Anping is promoted into an international port, prosperous economic activities in the area are foreseeable.
The TTIP is just 16km from Tainan Airport (about 30 minutes) and 68km from Kaohsiung International Airport (about 80 minutes).

Close to the National Cheng Kung University, Fishing Boat and Vessel Mechanical Development Center, Cingling Manufacturing Technology Development Center, Metal Processing Technology Center, MOEA Metal Industry Development Center, NSC Instrument Development Center, and Engineering and Technology Promotion Center. The Research and Service Headquarters of National Cheng Kung University has 22 research centers which provide excellent practical research services for the TTIP, STSIP, government agencies and private sectors. The Tainan Office of Electronics Testing Center Taiwan is located about 7km away from the TTIP. It can provide system guidance, product testing, instrument calibration and certification services to manufacturers. With the study and spread of inspection, QC and reliability technologies, manufacturers can improve the quality of their electronic products so as to establish an international reputation.
