  It is located at the intersection of Minzu Rd. and Mi St. For over three years, between October and April of the following year, a trolley selling white sugar cake can always be seen. Zhao Chao-xiong (hereafter referred to as Uncle) still follows Tainan’ tradition of dieting according to the seasons and climates; during October and April of the following year, he pushes his trolley to the intersection between Minzu Rd. and Mi St. to sell white sugar cakes, which originated from Zhang Quan Zhou.
